About us

Naranja Estates was founded out of a shared passion for Spain's architecture, design, and the city of Valencia. The orange (naranja), one of Valencia’s most iconic symbols, represents our approach: authentic, fresh, and deeply connected to place.
The name Naranja not only reflects Valencia’s iconic symbol, but also hints at our Dutch roots. A simple coincidence that feels meant to be.

With backgrounds in creative development and entrepreneurship, we bring complementary perspectives — combining strategic thinking, local knowledge, and an eye for detail. Our goal: to create homes that respect Valencia’s character while preparing them for the future.
